Lady Gaga Tells Greyson Michael Chance To “Stay Away From Girls And Be Focused”

Twelve-year-old Bieber-in-training Greyson Michael Chance visited The Ellen Show, and while he’s obviously a sharp kid, he had no clue that his “inspiration”, Lady Gaga herself, would be calling in to compliment his cover of “Paparazzi.” Watch the wunderkind chit-chat with his idol over the phone by jumping below. We give it one more week (if that!) before this kid has an agent, a record deal and his own Disney Channel and Nickelodeon shows.

“Greyson, you’re so sweet and so talented, and I was so excited that you covered ‘Paparazzi,'” Gaga said over the phone to a beaming Greyson (and his overwhelmed mom sitting in the audience). “Everyone loves you so much. Just keep following your dreams and work really hard, and stay away from girls and be focused.”

Well, it might be too late for that. The sixth-grader, who has been taking piano lessons for three years and even writes his own songs, says his newfound Internet fame has given him more than the opportunity to perform on TV and talk to “Miss Gaga”: it’s already helped him with the (underage) ladies. “Let’s just say I’ve gotten a couple of numbers and made a few new friends!”

Looks like he really is taking after girl-crazy Bieber.
