Although Gorillaz’s animated members usually steal the spotlight in the band’s brilliant music videos, this commercial for Gorillaz’s upcoming gigs at London’s O2 Arena shows Murdoc and the gang taking a backseat to frontman Damon Albarn and the rest of the human crew. Watch it below.

The Gorillaz will be touring throughout the U.K. this September, but for all you Blur fans, there’s a little bit of good news—Damon Albarn assures that the band (who recently released their first song in seven years, “Fool’s Day”) will continue to record new music, although there are no plans for a full album, as fronting Gorillaz is still taking up most of his time. And how—a follow-up to Plastic Beach is already in the works, in addition to collaborating with graphic novelist Alan Moore (Watchmen) on an opera. Hey, if Green Day can go Broadway, Gorillaz might as well write an opera.
