Lil Wayne’s “Runnin” And “Get A Life” Videos Conclude His Marathon Session

Yes, Memorial Day weekend is over, and the barrage of Lil Wayne videos have now all rolled in. Were you impressed, or should Weezy have saved the (seemingly small amount of) cash spent on the marathon filming session? Enter Wayne’s world by watching both “Runnin” and “Get A Life” after the jump.

Below is the video for “Runnin,” a moody rock jam that features Shanelle and sounds like it was lifted off a Linkin Park album circa 2002. As Prefix notes, “even if the message here in ‘Runnin’ was borrowed from Van Halen’s ‘Right Now’ video, this is better than the other three Weezy videos released this weekend.”

We’ll chalk up the standout quality of “Runnin” to the fact that there seemed to be at least somewhat of a budget for the music vid, as opposed to the clip for “Da Da Da.”

And speaking of budgets—or lack thereof—here’s the video for “Get A Life.” Once again rockers ¡Mayday! back the incarcerated MC up.
