Although Miley Cyrus is more than happy to prance around in tight black, edgy outfits made of leather and duet with middle-aged 80s rockers these days, she still has to grin and bear her squeaky-clean Disney princess persona running amok. Miley-as-Hannah-Montana teamed up with Island pop star Iyaz for the track “This Boy, That Girl,” a song on the show’s fourth and finale soundtrack, Hannah Montana Forever. (Apparently “forever” means “until our leading actress wants to be taken seriously as a performer and wear a sexy bird outfit while singing electro music.”) Low quality radio rip of the track after the jump.

Miley Cyrus (as Hannah Montana) feat. Iyaz – “This Boy, That Girl”

Don’t let the fact that this song was tailored for Disney Radio and a pre-pubescent fanbase fool you—this track is pretty catchy. Miley and Iyaz actually have chemistry on this fun-and-flirty summer jam. Why does Miley want to stray so far away from delicious, unoffensive pop like this and “Party In The U.S.A.” when she does it so well?
