Billboard has compiled its list of the top-selling albums and singles of 2010 so far, and one thing is apparent—music buyers are eager to plunk down their hard-earned cash for radio-friendly, guitar-strumming trios. Lady Antebellum, who spent multiple weeks at #1 on the Top 200 earlier this year with Need You Now, have moved nearly 2.5 million copies of the LP. Meanwhile, the inspiring “Hey Soul Sister” by Train has racked up almost 3.5 million paid downloads. Head below to see the rest of what the public has bought up to now in 2010.

Another observation: if your name is Ludacris, Ke$ha, will.i.am or Gaga, you made a bundle of cash this year. Happy spending!

Note, some songs and albums listed below—such as Train’s “Hey Soul Sister,” Ke$ha’s “TiK ToK” and Susan Boyle’s I Dreamed A Dream—were released the year prior, and so sales listed here only denote those made in 2010.
