Billboard has compiled its list of the top-selling albums and singles of 2010 so far, and one thing is apparent—music buyers are eager to plunk down their hard-earned cash for radio-friendly, guitar-strumming trios. Lady Antebellum, who spent multiple weeks at #1 on the Top 200 earlier this year with Need You Now, have moved nearly 2.5 million copies of the LP.
