Robyn Hits The Road In Her “Hang With Me” Video

Just days after sharing the warm but propulsive “Hang With Me”, the superfoxy Swedish powerhouse Robyn has released a sweet, sad video for the song, which (as you may recall) has been souped up with electro-pop sparkle since we first heard it on her Body Talk Pt. 1. As for the new video: it’s a life-on-the-road clip, which is more than appropriate given that she just kicked off a heavenly six-city tour with the dazzling (and be-wigged) Kelis. But it’s a road video done the Robyn way — vulnerable, smart and almost too cute for words.

The Max Vitali-directed clip reveals Robyn as we rarely see her — passing the time as her tour bus rolls from city to city (probably during promotion of Body Talk Pt. 1), observing those tiny moments between shows. It’s a little bittersweet.

“Hang With Me” is the official single off Robyn’s upcoming Body Talk Pt. 2 (out September 6).
