Fefe Dobson Wants You To Just Spit It Out Already In “Stuttering”

Fast on the heels of “Ghost” resilient pop-rocker Fefe Dobson is back with new jam “Stuttering”, and this time she trades in the guitar for a slick beat and a catchy chorus. Hear Fefe catch her boyfriend in a lie as she listens for his stutter (the rapper Joe tackled a similar problem back in 2000 with his own song of the same name—maybe their exes should get together). Jump below for a listen and to find out how you can win a chance to meet the “Watch Me Move” pop star in a city near you!

This musical homage to speech impediments has a definite Jordin Sparks/Kelly Clarkson vibe, but there’s still something so unmistakably Fefe about it. And not since Rihanna’s “Umbrella”, has a chorus featuring stuttering been this fun to sing along to. Listen and you too be singing, “Oh oh oh oh eh eh eh eh eh” all night long.

As we mentioned, Fefe has launched a YouTube video contest for “Stuttering”. At the end of October, the creator of the video with the most views will win a trip to meet the Joy-ful singer in a selected city. Here Fefe explains the contest and how to enter on:

“Stutter” will be featured on Fefe’s upcoming album, Joy.
