As promised last week, Battleship babe Rihanna premiered her brand new single “Only Girl (In The World)” on Ryan Seacrest’s site this morning. The Stargate-produced jam is a hefty slice of dance-floor cheesecake, with even some old-school flourishes of trance dolloped on top. Hear Ri Ri’s latest, and catch the name of her forthcoming fifth LP below.

One eyebrow-raising line in the song is the opening one: “Want you to love me like I’m a hot guy.” (At least that’s how Seacrest has it.) Yet she also wants the object of her affection to feel her like she’s the only girl in the world.

Either Ri Ri is still on the girl-on-girl kick she explored in her sultry “Te Amo” video, or this tune is basically all about blurring the gender lines. How very Morrissey!

At any rate, MTV News reports that Rihanna’s fifth album will be called Loud, and it’s due out November 2. There is still no official single release date for “Only Girl (In The World).”

So are you feeling Rihanna’s latest?
