Fantasia To Embark On Her First Headlining Tour

It’s hard to believe Fantasia has yet to headline her own tour yet, especially since most American Idol winners (and runners-up) get that rite of passage out of the way quickly after winning the show. But now seems to be the perfect time—the songstress and reality star had her highest debut (#2) on the Billboard 200 with her third album, Back To Me, and also managed to hit #1 the R&B album charts for the first time in her career. And after her recent personal struggles, girl needs to get out and get some fresh air, no?

Check out the dates of the effervescent live performer’s 30-city national Back To Me tour below.

“I’m so excited about this tour and having the chance to connect with my fans, the people that love me and have been supporting me through everything,” Fantasia said in a statement. “This tour is going to be a real special, intimate experience for them and for me.”

Eric Benet and Kandi will be opening.
