Kara DioGuardi Gets A New Job Pretty Much Doing The Same Thing As Before
After getting fired (or voluntarily leaving, depending on what Rashomon-like point of view you’re looking from) from American Idol, the unemployed former reality singing competition show judge Kara DioGuardi has finally nabbed herself a new gig — as a reality singing competition show judge. Kara will judge the new Bravo show Going Platinum, which sounds like it has something to do with cosmetology but is actually a competition for singer-songwriters. Singer-songwriter-karaoke enthusiast Jewel will host, though we’re not sure why she doesn’t judge as well since she did so well on the panel of Nashville Star. [Vulture]
