BMI Country Songwriter Of The Year Taylor Swift retains control of the Billboard Top 200 album chart for a second week with her third LP Speak Now, which initially debuted at #1 after sales of over one million copies. Meanwhile, Rihanna lands her third chart-topping single of the year over on the Hot 100 with her Drake-assisted “What’s My Name.” Billboard notes that Allure cover girl Swift sold an additional 320,000 copies of Speak Now over the past week. Debuting just behind her at #2 is Jason Aldean with My Kinda Party, which contains his Kelly Clarkson duet “Don’t You Wanna Stay”.

Next up with new entries is Mariah Carey, whose festive Merry Christmas II You sleigh rides in at #4 on the strength of 55,000 copies. Last year’s Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel cracked the chart one notch higher, at #3.

Rounding out the Top 10 newbies is Neil Diamond’s Dreams (#8) and Brad Paisley’s Hits Alive (#9).

Over on the Billboard Hot 100, Rihanna and Drake’s “What’s My Name” will debut at #1 on the new chart published tomorrow, bumping Ke$ha’s “We R Who We R”—which also entered the chart at the top spot last week—down to #5. This now gives Rihanna a total of eight #1 singles in the U.S. (including her team-ups with T.I. and Eminem).
