Avril Lavigne took to her blog today to announce that her fourth studio album is finally in the beginning stages of being released, despite the fact it’s been done for the last year. The singer — who was thisclose to walking away with the honor of recording the best “Imagine” cover — said that she produced a handful of tracks by herself for the first time, and that her lead single will be called “What The Hell”, describing it as such: “This song is the least personal song to me off this album. It’s a fun and funny anthem. It has a broad message about personal freedom. It is the most pop track on the record.” Excited yet?
