Bruno Mars Agrees To Plea In Drug Case

“Grenade”-launching whiz kid Bruno Mars avoided potentially serious trouble with the law by working out a plea deal to that cocaine possession charge in Las Vegas. Just in time for the Grammy Awards, Mars struck a deal that will allow him to pay a $2,000 fine, perform 200 hours of community service and attend drug counseling — instead of facing a difficult trial. If he keeps his nose clean (so to speak) for twelve months, no conviction will remain on his record. Now he can return to cranking out songs that make all the California Gurls swoon. Sound like a fair deal?
