This week Ellen DeGeneres confessed to ousted American Idol contestant the she thought he had Season 10 in the bag, NBC gave The Voice a greenlight for another round, Beyonce finally unveiled her “Run The World (Girls)” video and Lady Gaga dropped a handful of songs off next week’s Born This Way release. Head below to see how our pop-loving readers reacted to all this musical marvelousness! :: Xadax went rolling in the deep on The Voice Gets Renewed For A Second Season: “If Xtina isn’t on the 2nd season, then I hope Adele would sit in since she has a good voice – just don’t let them teach her contestants how to smoke.”

:: Mike wasn’t exactly flipping his wig for Lady Gaga Lets Down Her “Hair” In New Single: “There is no substance left in her music.”

:: Justin M., however, wigged out over it: “I actually really like it! I love the direction she is going with ‘Edge of Glory’ and now ‘Hair.’ I was EXTREMELY worried after ‘Judas’ came out . . .but it looks like her album won’t be a dissapointment after all!”

:: Fan got down on one knee for Lady Gaga Gives Nocturnal Vows In New Track “Marry The Night”: “How about this, let’s just celebrate all of these wonder pop artist and quit comparing. Everyone is inspired by everyone, it’s just how it works. It’s extremely hard to come back someone that is ALL original. NOT ONE, artist today is utterly original. It’s just not ever going to happen.”

:: Brandon Hall got vocal on The Voice: Watch Two Epic Battles From Last Night’s Episode: “I love it, I tend to be upset with the battle round pairings Tie and Nakia up against each other was just uncalled for. They could have done such great things in the long term, and I find the song selection to be random and out of place some times. Last week when Xtina chose Single Ladies for the two divas I was scratching my head like, why? That song doesn’t showcase anything vocally, and without the trademark dance number it just seemed awkward.”

:: Jess dug Christina Aguilera And Cee Lo Green Get “Nasty” In Their New Collbaoration: “totally agree with you those lyrics are not that bad i mean at least they dont talk about teeth or hair or a condom on a ear im not hating just saying and this song was good and….BIONIC IS AWESOME…. i have all the posters that came with the cd all over my house they make great pictures/art to be displayed”

:: Troy wasn’t impressed with Review Revue: Critics React To Beyonce’s “Run The World (Girls)” Video: “It escapes me that “SOME” people give this woman so much credit for being original when in fact all she’s done as a solo artist is recyle the use of others video’s and video choreography. At the age of 29 years, so she says, this woman has done nothing musically epic and has copied everyone in music history dead or alive, young and old.”

:: Sandee concurred on Ellen Tells James Durbin She Had Him Pegged As The Idol Winner: “America was DEFINETLY wrong, in my eyes. James should have won. He was the most entertaining and talented performer there. Im so glad Haley went home last night, i dont know how she made it that far and shes so cocky. James has such an amazing voice and personality. I will continue to follow him in whatever he does.”

:: Sierrarose also felt wilted: “I was greatly disappointed that James was eliminated as an AI contestant. I don’t know if he could have won the whole contest, but he surely deserved to be among the top 3. I simply do not believe that this is a legitimate vote. Because of this, I am done with AI.”

:: Sharon was down with Durbin, too: “I was/am and always will be absolutely furious. I have no intention of ever watching the show again other than to see James sing at the finale. Even that will be taped so I can play only his part. Aside from that, I will never watch again.”

:: Ellie, however, saw James’ exit coming: “I wasn’t shocked, because of the degree of emotion James was showing wasn’t rubbing off well with lots of viewers, I think. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed because he was the MAIN reason to watch Idol– totally captivating, versatile voice, and a real communicator on the stage.”
