“Oprah, we can run the world!” shouted Beyonce before busting out her 4 single “Run The World (Girls)” on the first part of the talk show host’s two-part Farewell Spectacular. After a brilliant, epic performance of the Major Lazer-sampling song at the Billboard Music Awards, Bey, wearing a tuxedo one-piece, officiates an all-girl graduation for a shocked-and-awed Oprah.
