Between Beyonce’s “Best Thing I Never Had” and Selena Gomez & The Scene’s “Bang Bang Bang,” this is shaping up to be the summer of the tell-off jam. Justin Bieber’s main squeeze gave a preview of her sassy new dance-pop tune to Ryan Seacrest, who posted it over the weekend on Facebook. Hear the snippet below! “My new boy gets it, how to get me / His love is deeper, you know, he’s a real keeper you know / Bang bang bang, I’m breaking in, stealing all my love back, giving it to him / Bang bang bang, this time I’ll win,” Gomez announces in the chorus of her new When The Sun Goes Down single.
It’s a short tease that only lasts about 20 seconds, but we’re already sensing a hefty dose of attitude from a more mature Selena than we’ve heard on previous singles. And we really don’t need to ask who the “new boy” in question is, do we?
