Next week will mark one year since Drake’s chart-topping debut LP Thank Me Later dropped, but the Canadian rapper has already announced the release date for its follow-up, Take Care. Find out when you can grab Drizzy’s sophomore album, and hear his new teaser slow jam “Marvin’s Room,” below. Drake, who performed alongside Lil Wayne and Rick Ross at last weekend’s Hot 97 Summer Jam, tweeted early this morning, “Single coming in July. Take Care coming Oct. 24th.” So far October is pretty barren as far as the new release calendar is concerned, so consider Take Care to be the first big album announced for that month.

As he did with the expletive-riddled “Dreams Money Can Buy” last month, Drizz also tweeted out a link to a free download of a new song — this time it’s moody slow jam “Marvin’s Room.”

It’s a self-reflective number that finds Drake rap-singing, “I think I’m addicted to naked pictures and sittin’ talkin’ about bitches that we almost had / I don’t think I’m conscious of makin’ monsters out of the women I sponsor until it all goes bad.” The song echoes with the lament, “I’m just saying you can do better.”
