Beyonce’s 4 may have given up the #1 position on the Billboard Top 200 this week to Blake Shelton’s Red River Blue, but she’s still in full-on promo mode for her latest album. A somewhat short interview with the MTV VMAs-nominated songstress ran last night on Access Hollywood. In it Bey lists her personal goals for the next decade and discusses how strange it was to walk down the aisle for a second time in her “Best Thing I Never Had” music video. Watch below! Complex cover girl Beyonce will turn the big 3-0 in September. However, Access Hollywood looked ahead of that and asked the diva what she hopes to accomplish by the time she turns 40.

“That’s a good one,” she said with a smile. “Before I hit the age of 40, I’d love to have some children. I would love to direct — continue to learn videos and maybe by then a film, a short film, documentary. I love documentaries.”

Bey also adds that she still wants to be making music “if that makes me happy at that time.”

As for her video for current single “Best Thing I Never Had,” which this week slips from #23 to #25 on the Billboard Hot 100, Beyonce laughed, “It was a little strange, and definitely when I walked down the aisle I’m like, this is kind of creepy — there’s some other man standing here!”

Beyonce seems so upbeat and happy these days. Did you enjoy her one-on-one with Access Hollywood, or were you hoping for a little more enlightenment than was featured here?
