Breathe easy, Florence + The Machine fans — Ms. Welch’s latest recordings for the follow-up to debut LP Lungs have been turned in to the label, says her producer Paul Epworth, and now it’s just up to Island Records to approve the recent Bonnaroo performer‘s tracks. “Had a week of wonderful mixes coming in for Florence 2,” the British producer, who worked the boards for Adele’s smash “Rolling In The Deep,” recently tweeted. “I love handing something over to hear it come back better. I feel for the a&r dept having to try and whittle these tracks down to 10 or 12 because there really are no weak ones.”

Like Adele, Florence is a London singer who found stateside success while working with Epworth.
