John Mayer Cancels Gigs, Pushes Album Back Due To Inflammation
We haven’t heard much from John Mayer lately (in regards to both music and inappropriate comments about ex-girlfriends), and it may be some time until we do. Due to an inflammation of his vocal chords caused by a condition called granuloma, Mayer is forced to cancel his upcoming performance at the iHeartRadio music fest in Las Vegas, as well as an appearance with Tony Bennett in Los Angeles. His forthcoming LP, Born And Raised, will also be delayed a release until next year, as he has yet to lay vocals down on every track. Get better soon, John! [Via EW Music Mix]
