Taylor Swift’s New Album Won’t Be Out For Another Year
Our condolances, Taylor Swift loyalists — you’ll have to wait til this time next year (or possibly even longer) for your next batch of tunes from the country singer. “I’ve written 25 songs so far, so it’s coming along really well,” Swift told The Hollywood Reporter about her follow-up to Speak Now. “I’ve been writing a lot, and I like to take two years to make a record. We’re at the end of year one and I still have a year left to go to write… It’s looking really great.” Two years to complete one album? Taylor’s obviously not a student of the school of Rihanna.
