Katharine McPhee Shines In New ‘Smash’ Promo
Nespresso coffee and Revenge made Katharine McPhee’s favorites list, and Smash is sure to be on ours as soon as it premieres this February on NBC. The show stars the former Idol as a Broadway actress playing the role of Marilyn Monroe in a musical based on the screen legend. Check out a new promo for the Steven Spielberg-produced TV show, and to hear Kat perform a gorgeous cover of Christina Aguilera’s “Beautiful.”
As we’ve said before, though Smash may feature musical performances, the only thing it appears to have in common with Glee is a one-syllable title. So don’t expect this to be a copycat of the hijinks at McKinley High.
Smash premieres on NBC the Monday after Super Bowl XLVI.
