George Michael Opens Up About His Recent Health Crisis
“Last Christmas,” George Michael was feeling a lot better than this year. Last month, the former Wham! member canceled the remaining dates of his tour to battle pneumonia, and today at a UK press conference, the singer revealed just how dire his health has been over the last few weeks, describing it as “the worst month of my life.” Yikes! The icon went on to discuss how the fact that he survived has renewed his, um, “Faith,” and proceeded to get choked up about his brush with death, visibly struggling to get through the latter half of his statement. The good news for fans: he plans to finish out his tour as soon as he’s well.
