Estelle Gets Internationally Boy-Crazy Again In New Track “Oliver Twist”

If you’ve ever begged, “Please, sir, can I have some more?” in relation to UK chanteuse Estelle, you’re about to get your wish granted. Once upon a time, Estelle sang the praises of an “American Boy” she was smitten with, but now she’s got a hankering an orphaned British tyke named “Oliver Twist.” In the new tune — a remix of a track originally brought to you by D’Banj — the All Of Me artist is feeling a little more international than she was in singles past, praising Yanks, Brits, and Jamaicans (and name-dropping Usher, Kanye West, and Tinie Tempah) before deciding African boys are what she’s really all about. Listen below.

It’s been awhile since we read the Charles Dickens classic, but we don’t remember a love of African boys being high on the book’s list of themes. Still, we’ll gladly dance to this tribal beat as we await Estelle’s new album, due February 28.
