Well, here’s some news that’s knocked us right off of our feet: SWV (a.k.a. the ’90s R&B sensation Sisters With Voices) is returning with their first studio album in 14 years! On April 10 — nearly 20 years after the multiplatinum success of their debut LP Right On Time — the dynamite trio will release I Missed Us. If you recall, SWV’s “Right Here” recently popped up on Chris Brown’s remix for “She Ain’t You” — so if there ever was a perfect time for the girls to make a comeback, this is it. Below, hear “Co-Sign” the first offering from I Missed Us, and let us know if it made you weak in the knees too.

For their upcoming album, Taj, Lelee and Coko have also been hard at work collaborating with producers Bryan M. Cox (The Emancipation Of Mimi) and Jazze Pha (Ciara’s “1, 2 Step”). The Sisters agree that, “it’s a great feeling to be back recording together again! Something special always happens when we come together.” We love that SVW infused a lyric from “Right Here” into “Co-Sign” when they sing: “I remember you saying, your love will be right here.”

We think ladies sound as strong as ever. After hearing their single, are you excited for the trio’s return? Let us know on Facebook or Twitter.
