Rolling Stone teases us with a peek of its upcoming cover featuring one of our favorite reality TV foursomes: The Voice coaches. Jump below for a behind-the-scenes look at Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton and Cee Lo Green’s shoot. Plus, find out what Team Christina is up to this season, and how the boys have shaped up their acts now that there’s a lady in their midst.

Christina Aguilera tells RS that viewers have something different from her team to look forward to in the new season: “In one of my battles, this girl and guy are doing Nirvana’s ‘Heart-Shaped Box’,” she said. “I’m not sure if people would even expect that from me.”

We certainly wouldn’t! But we’re not surprised to find out that it takes a confident lady to be the only female representing on The Voice panel. “You have to be a pretty strong girl to stay up in the mix with the guys,” Christina says. “It’s a lot. It’s a crazy locker-room kind of situation.”

Her “Moves Like Jagger” collaborator Adam Levine adds, “I honestly just recently started realizing that you’re surrounded by three dudes all the time, and that has to be something of a pain in the ass.” Upon this realization, the Maroon 5 front man has reportedly “stopped farting” in front of the Bionic babe. How thoughtful.
