:: Nick Carter gave a beautiful tribute to his sister during one of his tour stops in New York City, although he was noticeably absent from her funeral that took place over the weekend. Nick released a statement saying, “I wanted to be at my sister’s funeral, but my family has always had a complicated dynamic.” [E! Online]
