Contrary to reports that Whitney Houston’s ex-husband Bobby Brown was not welcome at the star’s Saturday funeral service, the R&B singer has been invited and will be attending. “Bobby will be there at the funeral to support his [and Houston’s] daughter [Bobbi Kristina Brown, 18]. There was some talk … some people were angry at him, but that’s just grief. He will be there,” reports People. It was also announced that Stevie Wonder will perform at the service, as will Houston’s godmother Aretha Franklin. Other invited guests include Clive Davis, Oprah Winfrey and Houston’s co-star from The Bodyguard, Kevin Costner.

Houston’s funeral will be held at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark. Though the service is invitation-only, it will be streamed online for the public this Saturday at 12 p.m. EST.
