B.o.B follows up his recent singles “Strange Clouds” and “Play The Guitar” with “So Good”, the Ryan Tedder-produced third offering off upcoming LP Strange Clouds (out May 1). Does the tune live up to its hopeful title? Head below to give it a spin and decide for yourself. Turns out “So Good”, a whimsical track about escaping on a holiday with a lovely lady, is Atlanta MC B.o.B’s most commercial-sounding single since “Airplanes”. His raps are coupled with a soaring chorus that sounds tailor-made for spring/summer radio play.

“You can put your feet up, be my senorita, we ain’t gotta rush just take it slow / we’ll be in the high life, soaking up the sunlight, anything you want is yours,” B.o.B sings on the chorus.

After several less-tuneful mixtape offerings over the past year that had the rapper boasting about how much cash and how many girls he has on tap, it’s refreshing to hear him getting back to crafting melodic material.

What do you think of B.o.B’s latest single “So Good”? Does he have another giant hit on his hands?
