After LMFAO’s Redfoo first teased a snippet of Far East Movement and Justin Bieber’s “Live My Life” during a DJ set in Vegas last week, the full song has arrived. “I did a few songs with Far East Movement, and one of the songs … to me, it’s a smash,” producer RedOne recently said. “And Justin sang the chorus. The real hook on this rampant club jam, which doesn’t sound unlike Jennifer Lopez’s 2011 hit “On The Floor” (another RedOne production), is Bieber’s ominous chorus of “I’m gonna live my life, no matter what party tonight”. The teenager wisely chose to stay of the more adult “dirty bass” and “let me hit that” talk the FM crew rhymes about on the rest of the track.
