Darren Criss Offerred (And Turned Down) Hosting Gig On ‘The X Factor’
Glee‘s breakthrough star Darren Criss clearly has that x factor, but he’s not willing to join The X Factor. The singer-actor was offered a hosting gig on Simon Cowell’s singing competition show in a space held vacant since Steve Jones’ firing, reports E! Online. Criss turned down the job, however, as his schedule is clearly booked solid filming scenes and learning choreography and recording songs and toiling on behalf of the juggernaut that is Glee. Oh well — at least we still have the possibility of Britney Spears joining the show as a judge.
