B.o.B & Taylor Swift’s “Both Of Us”: Listen
Turns out that song Taylor Swift wrote for Justin Bieber ‘s upcoming album won’t be the only collab involving the recent ACM Award winner you’ll be hearing about today, as her pair-up with B.o.B. for his Strange Clouds LP has also surfaced. “Both Of Us” opens with a plucky guitar and Taylor singing, “I wish I was strong enough to lift not one but both of us.” Then a beat kicks in and Bobby Ray launches into his life-lesson rap. It’s an uplifting offering that’s a rarity these days, in that the song opts for dramatic pacing rather than trendy dance beats. Listen below.
B.o.B and Taylor first joined forces last fall during the country-pop diva’s tour stop in Dallas, where she brought the Atlanta MC out on stage while covering “Airplanes”. Clearly enthused by the reception they got, B.o.B added Swift to his Strange Clouds lineup of guests, which also includes Lil Wayne, T.I., Nicki Minaj, Ryan Tedder and even, surprisingly, actor Morgan Freeman.
