Because winning ALL of the Grammys wasn’t enough, Adele now leads the nominations in the UK’s 57th annual Ivor Novello Awards, presented by the British Academy of Songwriters. The 23-year-old record-breaking singer picked up four nods Tuesday (Apr. 17) — the most of any artist this year. Her 2011 hit “Rolling in the Deep” is recognized for best song musically and lyrically (where it goes up against Lana Del Rey‘s “Video Games” and Florence + The Machine‘s “Shake It Out“), and stands to win the PRS for music most performed work, alongside her very own “Someone Like You.” 21 is also up for the Album Award against Kate Bush‘s 50 Words for Snow and PJ Harvey‘s Let England Shake. The awards will be presented Thursday, May 17 at the Grosvenor House hotel in London. [via The Guardian]
