Rihanna And Jay-Z To Headline BBC Radio 1 Hackney Weekend Festival
Most people look forward to the Olympics for the games, but we’re excited about the music. Rihanna and Jay-Z will headline the BBC Radio 1 Hackney Weekend 2012 on June 23 and 24. The UK festival has been named the headlining event for the 2012 Olympic games, which runs July 27 to August 12 in London. Other acts on the lineup include Florence + the Machine, Jack White, David Guetta and Tinie Tempah. If it rains that weekend (which wouldn’t be too out of character for London), RiRi and Hova can always bring their “Umbrella”. [Via Business Week]
