Today is a big day for Mariah Carey — not only does today (April 30) mark her fourth wedding anniversary with Nick Cannon, but it’s her twins’ first birthday! While Mimi celebrated both landmark events over the weekend in Paris (with a shopping spree down the Champs-Elysees and a vow renewal photo shoot), she spent the big day in Austria performing at the Top Of The Mountain music festival wearing a tight (and we mean tight) red spandex jumpsuit. “Singing at this altitude is almost like giving birth to twins, which I did last year on this day.. lol!
