Kanye West‘s forays into the realm of fashion continue with the music video for “Lost In The World”, a track off his 2010 award-winning My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy LP. Yeezy collaborated on the visual with fashion filmmaker Ruth Hogben and photographer Nick Knight (who previously got behind the lens for Lady Gaga‘s “Born This Way” video). With its images of women reaching for the sky and performing interpretive dance, as well as West shouting his rhymes into the clouds, the black-and-white extravaganza is a rap video unlike any others released in recent memory — well, unless you count Kanye’s last off-the-wall clip.

We’re just surprised that “Lost In The World”, which contains a sample of Bon Iver’s “Woods”, got a video release this far after Kanye’s MBDTW was released. Perhaps his newly-public romance with Kim Kardashian has him feeling inspired?
