Madonna’s MDNA Tour: Watch A Behind-The-Scenes Video Of The First Night

While most of us couldn’t be in Tel Aviv, Israel last night for the opening of Madonna‘s MDNA Tour, we were able to post some photos from the sold-out Ramat Gan Stadium gig. Now an EPK of sorts, which shows both backstage and performance footage from the show, has surfaced online. And if ticket-holders in other parts of the world were the least bit worried whether or not Madge’s latest spectacle would be worth the pricey fee, the below video should ease all fears.

One crew member notes in the EPK that steel used for the four custom roofs of Madonna’s show were driven down from Europe: “[They’re] the widest and biggest roofs ever built. She’s a perfectionist… You have to respect the work ethic and the perfection that she wants to give in her shows to the fans.”

While other clips that have popped up from the concert have indicated that Madonna was indeed singing live, this EPK seems to use only her backing track during the performance segments (which include “Girl Gone Wild”, “Give Me All Your Luvin'”, “Gang Bang”, “Turn Up The Radio” and “Express Yourself”).

Consider us officially excited for when this show rolls around to our neck of the woods — you know, months from now. Sigh.
