Green Day, having ditched the red-black-white motif present on their last two albums, are clearly in their fluorescent phase. The band has released the cover art for “Oh Love”, the lead single from ¡Uno!, the first album in their trilogy. Three LPs of new material are evidently not enough for these guys, as they’ll also be releasing two new documentaries, reports Billboard. One will feature the making-of the group writing and recording ¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tré!, and the second will be comprised of footage from their early days in the Bay Area.

“It’s not going to be the sitting down, head shot of me going, ‘We started out blah blah blah’,” Billie Joe Armstrong says. “We wanted to get into lifestyles of rock ‘n’ roll and playing rock ‘n’ roll and letting the story kind of tell itself rather than create revisionist (history).”

Head below to listen to a brief instrumental preview of “Oh Love”, which doesn’t not remind us of “Bohemian Rhapsody”.

The full song will drop on Monday July 16 at 9 a.m. EST. You’ll be able to pre-order all three albums the same day.

Green Day’s album trilogy, ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!, will be released September 25, November 13, and January 15, respectively.
