Frank Ocean continued to ride the wave of fame Friday night (July 13) at his Channel Orange Tour kickoff in Seattle. Of the few details that have surfaced from the show, Complex reports that Ocean performed a mix of the new material, including the heartsick backseat confessional “Bad Religion”, and cuts — like “Novacane” — from his excellent 2011 mixtape Nostalgia, ULTRA. Watch it unfold below.

It’s been a month of mostly ups, with a few downs, for the Odd Future affiliate. After being applauded for coming out as bisexual on July 4 and self-releasing his debut LP on Tumblr a week early, Target announced that it wouldn’t be stocking Channel Orange. Despite the retail blow, the album is predicted to make an impressive chart debut, perhaps as high as #2, based solely on digital sales.

You can get your hands on a physical copy of Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange on July 17. Just not at Target.
