Cruel Summer, the forthcoming compilation featuring Kanye West and a slew of artists from his G.O.O.D. Music roster (including Big Sean, Pusha T, and 2 Chainz), has suffered yet another delay. Originally it was supposed to be out last week, on August 7, but got bumped back to September 4. Now G.O.O.D. artist Malik Yusef has tweeted that Cruel Summer has been pushed to — you guessed it — the super-crowded date of September 18, where it will compete against releases by Carly Rae Jepsen, Ne-Yo, Pink, Nelly Furtado and The Killers.

“yeah it looks like a push back, on #CRUELSUMMER but our wish has 4 additional features has MOSt DEFinitely been granted,” tweeted Yusef. Just call September 18 D-Day for your senses.
