Green Day Tease “Oh Love” Video With Behind-The-Scenes Footage
Green Day will debut the video for “Oh Love”, the lead single from the first album (¡Uno!) in their forthcoming trilogy, this Wednesday on MTV. Ahead of the premiere, we get a sneak peek at what to expect from the rock trio’s visuals. In the behind-the-scenes footage, we see the band performing in a graffitied rehearsal space, intercut with images of skull-decorated pics, rows of guitars, and bored-looking groupies lounging backstage. Just an average day in the life of Green Day.
The video is directed by Samuel Bayer, who helmed each of the band’s videos from their American Idiot era (as well as their live concert DVD Bullet In A Bible). Catch the full clip this Wednesday August 15 at 7:49 p.m. EST on MTV. [Via Consequence Of Sound]
