Shakira‘s hips recently shook their way onto Pitbull‘s party jam “Get It Started”, but we’ve been waiting for her to shimmy out the details of her own new material. The Colombian diva, who’s on this year’s iHeartRadio Music Festival roster, is said to have worked with everyone from Max Martin, RedOne and Sia to Skrillex, LMFAO and Akon on her upcoming eighth studio album. And now a low quality snippet of a new song supposedly called “I Dare You” has made its way online. It’s hard to tell who, from the names just mentioned, might have collaborated with Shakira on the track, since, as we noted, it sounds like its being played on a stereo inside a car that’s driving through a wind tunnel. But aside from that, it sounds pretty much like your typical ready-made floor filler in 2012. Enjoy below.
