:: British pop star Robbie Williams and his wife welcomed baby Theodora “Teddy” Rose Williams into the world Tuesday (September 18). The singer announced it on Twitter in all caps: “BABY, MUMMY AND DADDY ARE ALL ROCKIN”. [Pop Justice]
