:: Nicki Minaj, ?uestlove, will.i.am and Bruno Mars lent their voices to the forthcoming season premiere of Fox’s The Cleveland Show (airing October 21), and now we know that the plot involves those four being in the Hip-Hop Illuminati, which is run by Kanye West, natch. We’re going to go ahead and assume the writers threw Mars into that “hip-hop” category prior to hearing his newest song. [HipHopWired]

:: Lady Gaga‘s family’s restaurant Joanne received a C grade from New York City’s Department of Health. (For those of you not in New York, posting a “C” on the door of a restaurant is tantamount to hanging a dead rat over the entrance.) To get a C, a dining establishment must receive more than 27 violation points during an inspection, and Joanne reportedly notched 42 points. [Eater]

:: LeAnn Rimes had to cancel a Nevada concert Friday (October 5) after going to the ER for a dental infection. She said she’d been “living in a dental nightmare for 10 months,” which included her February oral surgery and a July root canal that also sidelined her. [Gossip Cop]

:: American Idol alums Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo set their wedding date for June 1 in Los Angeles. Young proposed to DeGarmo on the live broadcast of last season’s finale. [The Hollywood Reporter]
