American Country Awards Nominations: Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift & Zac Brown Band Honored
We’re most excited about Luke Bryan for that time he covered Lady Gaga‘s “Bad Romance,” but for country superfans, today must have served as quite a treat: Nominations were released for the third annual American Country Awards, which are set to air on FOX on December 10 with Trace Adkins and Kristin Chenoweth hosting. Bryan is front and center with seven nominations, while Lady Antebellum and Zac Brown Band each scored six. (Taylor Swift fans can rest easy, since she earned five nods herself.)
Honestly, any award show in which Toby Keith‘s “Red Solo Cup” is nominated for a Song of the Year award probably isn’t up our alley, but we’re always down to show some love to country. Check out the full list of nominations below.
