Justin Bieber’s Paparazzi Scuffle: Battery Charges Dropped
Score one for the good guys! Prosecutors did not file charges against Justin Bieber following a photographer’s claim that the superstar kicked and punched him. On May 27, Bieber had a run-in with a paparazzo after departing a theater with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez. The pap claimed Biebs assaulted him, but “investigators found no visible injuries, video or photographs to confirm the allegations by the photographer,” according to the Associated Press. In addition, several witnesses denied seeing Bieber kick the man, and in fact only reported seeing the paparazzi relentlessly snap pics of the couple. The bright side for the pap is that he no longer has to pretend that he got beat up by a pint-sized teenager.
