Has listening to Destiny’s Child‘s new jam “Nuclear” only made you hungrier for more Beyonce? Well here’s another juicy morsel to satisfy you until Bey’s Super Bowl Halftime Show extravaganza: an extended trailer for her upcoming HBO documentary Life Is But A Dream has surfaced. In this 90-second clip, the diva gives us a raw and intimate look at her inner and outer landscape leading up to the release of her 2011 album 4 and the birth of her daughter, Blue Ivy. Queen B plays cinematographer in many of the webcam and handheld camera footage of herself, the rest is comprised of behind-the-scenes video from her intense studio and rehearsal schedule. The low-rez close ups could feel low rent, if not for the pop star’s narration, which reveals a vulnerable side to the flawless performer we know and love.

Watch above as Beyonce tells of her “struggle” to stay “soulful” after her enormous commercial success — and even, to hide her growing baby bump in an attempt to keep the beginning stages of her pregnancy under wraps.

Surprisingly, there is no mention of “Row, Row, Row Your Boat” the nursery rhyme which shares a lyric with the film’s title. JK, you guys.
