:: Ryan Gosling was thisclose (OK maybe not) to being in Backstreet Boys. Gosling happens to be friends with one A.J. McLean, who told TMZ that just as BSB was blowing up, Gosling called him to explore collaborating or even joining, but that McLean never returned the calls. [TMZ]

:: Angel Haze indirectly apologized for the ugly Azealia Banks feud from a couple weeks back. The rapper on January 14 took to YouTube, saying, “I really do apologize for all of the stuff that has happened recently… I don’t like the fact that I was a bully in a certain way.” [Pitchfork]
