Governors Ball 2013 Lineup: Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, The Lumineers & More
New York City’s Governors Ball Music Festival is back on June 7-9 with some serious heavyweights. The lineup for the summer fest was announced today (January 22) and Kanye West will be headlining, one month before Kim Kardashian gives birth to their child. The two other headliners are Kings of Leon and a mystery performer for the third slot.
For three days, Randall’s Island will be overtaken by some of the biggest names in music, with quite a few artists from our Best of 2012 lists in the mix, including Miguel, Kendrick Lamar and Icona Pop. Some others we’re excited to see: Nas, Azealia Banks, The xx, The Lumineers, Feist, Erykah Badu, Holy Ghost!, Haim and MS MR.
