If Eminem’s 8th studio album was going to be the soundtrack to your Memorial Day Weekend bad decisions this year, think again: Shady Records President Paul Rosenberg has revealed some details on the project to Billboard. While the album still lacks a title, Rosenberg stated that Em is “far into the process” of recording the album.

Rosenberg also explained that Shady’s been working on the follow-up to 2010’s Recovery “for some time” now, and that Em has some performances coming up in Europe in August; perhaps the album will arrive before he jumps across the pond. Eminem’s label Shady Records has a slew of albums on the horizon, including ones from Yelawolf, Slaughterhouse and 50 Cent’s Street King Immortal, which should be arriving in the late spring, just a few months after Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ turned 10 years old.
